Come Learn and Play with Us
The Parent Cooperative for Early Learning is a not-for-profit pre-school
run by a board of directors consisting of parents, teachers, and the director.
With parents at the helm, the first priority is to create an environment
where our children will thrive, become prepared for elementary school,
and enjoy school in a safe and nurturing environment. The school is
run by working parents, for working families, so school policies are designed
to make life easier for families.
- School is open Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., 50 weeks a year
- Experienced teachers, with minimal turnover
- Great student/teacher ratio
- Daily, homemade breakfast, hot lunch, and snacks included for no extra
charge.
- Children may start before they are potty trained and training is part
of the curriculum.
- Children have active time with an indoor gym and outdoor play area.
- Tuition for the 2009-2010
year is $910 per month for full-time care. Part-time options are available
with pricing dependent on schedule.
- The school is fully licensed by the City, State, DCFS. We are in the
process of being re-accredited by the National Association for the Education
of Young Children (NAEYC).
